These terms apply specifically to wheel alignment services booked through 4x4 Tyre Hub. They form part of, and should be read alongside, our main Terms and Conditions.
Availability
Where alignment is available
Wheel alignment is offered as an optional add-on service, performed by Fitters in our workshop network. Wheel alignment is not available as part of Mobile Fitting — it requires fixed workshop equipment and cannot be performed on-site.
Pricing
2-wheel and 4-wheel alignment
The prices shown on the Website for wheel alignment reflect a standard 2-wheel (front) or 4-wheel (front and rear) alignment.
If you select a 4-wheel alignment but your vehicle only requires a 2-wheel alignment, no partial refund applies.
If you select a 2-wheel alignment but your vehicle requires a 4-wheel alignment, you will be asked to pay the difference directly to the Fitter carrying out the work, or the alignment booking may be cancelled and refunded in full, at 4x4 Tyre Hub's discretion.
Vehicle scope
What a standard alignment covers
A standard alignment covers the majority of passenger and 4x4 vehicles. It excludes vehicles requiring additional non-standard work or equipment — for example commercial trucks, heavily modified suspension setups, or vehicles requiring specialised alignment machinery not held by the relevant workshop. If your vehicle cannot be aligned using standard equipment, we will let you know before or at the time of booking wherever possible.
If a standard alignment cannot be performed on your vehicle once assessed, we will notify you and issue a full refund for the alignment booking.
