How your order gets from 4x4 Tyre Hub to your door or your fitter.

This page explains the delivery options available at checkout, roughly how long each one takes, and what to do if something arrives damaged.

Option 1

Door delivery

We deliver across Greater Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gatton and Laidley, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast, Greater Melbourne and Geelong, straight to the address you choose at checkout. Outside those areas, send us an enquiry from the tyre page and we'll quote freight for you. Freight is calculated for your order and cart at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your tyres — you'll always see the freight cost before you pay.

As a guide, typical delivery timeframes are 2–5 business days to metro areas; anywhere else, the timeframe comes with your freight quote. These are indicative estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates — actual timing can vary with carrier volumes, your location, and stock availability.

Option 2

Delivery to your fitter

Instead of a door delivery, you can have your tyres sent straight to a fitter in our network so they're ready when you arrive for fitting. The fitting fee for this option is shown at checkout, alongside the tyre price. Once your tyres reach the fitter, they'll be in touch to book your fitting appointment — or, depending on the fitter, you may book directly with them once you know your tyres have arrived.

Where we ship from

Our warehouse network

Orders are dispatched from our Brisbane and Melbourne warehouses, from whichever location holds your stock, so delivery times can vary a little depending on where your tyres are coming from.

Tracking

Tracking your order

Once your order is on its way, you can follow its progress on our Track My Order page using your order number and email address — no account required.

Large freight

Bulky and multi-tyre orders

Tyres are bulky freight, so larger orders (a full set, for example) may arrive on a pallet or in multiple parcels, sometimes on separate days. If you're not going to be home, our carriers may leave a card or contact you to arrange redelivery or a pickup from a local depot.

Damaged in transit

If something arrives damaged

Please check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If anything looks damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund under our Returns & Refunds Policy.
